A two hour date suddenly turns into an eight hour date, and neither of you seem to notice where the time went. Sometimes the signs a woman likes you are things she does intentionally, and other times they’re subconscious.

If a woman is into a guy, she wants to appear compatible. So the next time you are chatting to a girl and one of these things happens, consider it a green light. Finally, if you really want to know if a girl is into you, just take a look at her body. If a girl goes out of her way to laugh at your (probably terrible) jokes, it’s a sure sign that she’s into you. If all you focus on is what’s going on inside your head, or your own feelings and reactions when you interact with a girl, then you will never develop a reliable «feel» for the situation, and the beautiful human being you have in front of you.

And suddenly, this girl that you like randomly announces that she’s single and available. It’s a sign that she sees only the good in you.

Signal #13 – The cheeks mild up around you

Letting you get close to her is a good sign that a girl probably starting to like you too. A girl that laughs and smiles a lot in your company, is sending the signal that she feels safe and relaxed around you.

And don’t think you can sway her by talking yourself up or negging her or doing whatever other dumb PUA technique you read about from some blog post written in 2009. If she turns away from you, rolls her eyes, yawns, or starts talking to somebody else, not interested.

Noticing several of these signs is clearly very helpful when you are trying to figure out if a girl likes you as more than just friends, but the picture grows ever clearer the more you see these things repeated. Big, showy gestures have their place (we’re never going to complain if a guy sweeps us off to Paris on a mini-break…), but when a girl wants to show that she likes someone, it’ll be through the little details rather than anything grand. If she is holding a drink, for example, and gently stirring it whilst maintaining eye contact with you, it’s more likely to be a sign that she is relaxed and open to you as a person. And she won’t just listen to reply like many people do in casual conversation, her responses will be thoughtful, show interest, and make you feel listened to. Perhaps not straight away, but as you get to know each other and feel more comfortable talking about things, she may direct the conversation to topics that show a level of intimacy or vulnerability.

This is tough because she doesn’t want to appear like a nosy stalker diving right into your personal life. She will notice your teeth, your smile, your sense of style, what you say and how you say it, whether or not you offer to buy her a drink and pull out a chair for her if necessary.

Again, this can go back to the attention bit I mentioned above. In a conversation she might come closer towards to when she’s afar. Of course, some questions won’t be as personal however, you can still take note of the times when she tries to find out what you think about other women. She’s not going to start grilling you to find out if you want to ask her out, or how much you like her, etc.
